These Terms of Use govern your use of www.flash-concierge.com (the “Site”), operated by Flash Concierge L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (registration no. 2539325), operating under a UAE Free Zone licence. By using the Site you accept these terms.

2. The Site is informational

The Site describes our services and allows prospective members and partners to contact us. Content on the Site does not constitute an offer, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Concierge and healthcare-coordination services are provided only under a separate membership arrangement agreed directly with us.

3. Membership applications

Submitting an application through the Site does not create a membership or any obligation on our part. We review each application individually and may accept or decline at our discretion.

4. Healthcare coordination

Flash Concierge coordinates access to independent healthcare providers. We are not a medical practice and do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Responsibility for clinical services rests with the treating providers.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content — text, design, and branding — belongs to Flash Concierge L.L.C-FZ. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to breach its security, scrape its content at scale, or submit false, unlawful, or malicious material through the contact form.

7. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Site.
